  • Larry Jasinski
    Larry Jasinski
    Chief Executive Officer

    Larry Jasinski has served as Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the ReWalk board since February 2012. From 2005 until 2012, Mr. Jasinski served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Soteira, Inc., a company engaged in development and commercialization of products used to treat individuals with vertebral compression fractures, which was acquired by Globus Medical in 2012. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Jasinski was President and Chief Executive Officer of Cortek, Inc., a company that developed next-generation treatments for degenerative disc disease, which was acquired by Alphatec in 2005. From 1985 until 2001, Mr. Jasinski served in multiple sales, research and development, and general management roles at Boston Scientific Corporation. Mr. Jasinski holds a B.Sc. in marketing from Providence College and an MBA from the University of Bridgeport.

    Mike Lawless
    Chief Financial Officer

    Mike Lawless joined ReWalk as Chief Financial Officer in September 2022. Mr. Lawless brings more than 20 years of experience leading finance and investor relations activities at life science and technology companies to drive greater financial discipline, better strategic decision making, and improved access to capital. Prior to joining ReWalk Robotics, Mr. Lawless served as a CFO consultant for Danforth Advisors, LLC, where he provided financial and analytical support services to early-stage life science companies. In previous roles, Mr. Lawless was the CFO of Brooks Life Sciences, a $200 million division of Brooks Automation, Inc. (now Azenta, Inc.) as well as the head of Financial Planning and Analysis for Brooks Automation and PerkinElmer, Inc., where he led all facets of planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. During his career, he has also led the Investor Relations activities at four public life sciences companies. Mr. Lawless holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a Concentration in Public Policy from Swarthmore College and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.

    Ami Kraft
    Executive Advisor to the CEO

    Ami Kraft joined the company in 2010. Mr. Kraft has been appointed as Executive Advisor to the CEO as of October 2017. Mr. Kraft previously served the company as President of ReWalk Robotics since August 2016, Senior Vice President from July 2015, and General Manager of ReWalk Robotics Ltd. in Israel since January 1, 2015. These positions are following his six-year tenure as our Chief Financial Officer, including the successful IPO in 2014. Before joining ReWalk, Mr. Kraft served as the Chief Financial Officer of various international technology companies, including PicScout, which was bought by Getty Images while he was serving as CFO, IC4IC, Zoran Corporation, where he was actively involved in their IPO, and Kulicke & Soffa Inc., where he served for over 20 years. Mr. Kraft holds a B.A. in public accounting from Haifa University and an MBA from Stanford University.

    Miri Pariente
    Vice President of Operations, Regulatory and Quality

    Miri Pariente, Vice President of Quality since February 2015, joined ReWalk in April 2013 as Global Director of Quality. From 2012 to 2013, Ms. Pariente was the Manager of Quality Assurance at NLT Spine Ltd., a developer of minimally invasive spine procedures, and, from 2011 to 2012, was the Manager of Quality Assurance at ProAccess Medical Ltd. From 2002 to 2010, Ms. Pariente served in multiple roles within American Medical Systems including Production Supervisor and Lean Leader. Ms. Pariente holds a B.A. in business management from Derby University.

    Judy Kula
    Vice President of Customer Service, Human Resources and Business Affairs

    Judy Kula joined the company in August 2012 and serves as the Vice President of Customer Service, Human Resources and Business Affairs. Ms. Kula started her career at the University of Massachusetts Medical School working for the Chairman of the Department of Biochemistry and Director of the Program in Molecular Medicine for 13 years and then worked for the Hospital Director at the University of Massachusetts Medical Center. Ms. Kula then served in a variety of start-up companies in biotech and computer software including Microbotix, Inc. and Red Tail Solutions, Inc. and over the last 10 years has served in the medical device field including Soteira, Inc. Ms. Kula holds an MBA with a minor in health care from Anna Maria College.

  • Jeannine Lynch
    Jeannine Lynch
    Vice President of Strategy and Market Access

    Jeannine Lynch joins ReWalk Robotics with a focus on completing the building and implementation of ReWalk’s market access and reimbursement programs.

    Prior to ReWalk, Ms. Lynch served as Senior Director of Patient Access Services at BioMarin Pharmaceuticals. In addition to her work with BioMarin, Ms. Lynch has worked for industry leaders such as Genentech and Pfizer/Agouron. She has held leadership roles in commercial management, product launches and built customized patient services to address several different rare and ultrarare medical conditions.

    Ms. Lynch is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley and holds a Master of Public Health from the University of Michigan. She sits on the Board of Directors for MVP, a non-profit organization to help young people of color prepare, perform, progress, and prosper in their education, leadership and early professional careers.

  • Kathleen O'Donnell
    Kathleen O'Donnell
    Vice President of Marketing and New Business Development

    Kathleen O’Donnell is the Vice President of Marketing and New Business Development at ReWalk Robotics. Ms. O’Donnell received her Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering, Science in Human Cultures from Northwestern University, and her Master’s in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design.

    Prior to joining ReWalk, Kathleen worked at the Wyss Institute for Biologically Inspired Engineering at Harvard University, where she combined her backgrounds in biomedical engineering and design to help lead the development and testing of exo-suits. She began her journey at ReWalk Robotics, acting first as Clinical Trials Manager where she facilitated the successful commercialization of the ReStore Exo-suit. Prior to serving in her current role, she also served as ReWalk Product Manager and then as Director of Product Management.”

  • David Hexner
    David Hexner
    Vice President of Research and Development

    David Hexner joined ReWalk in November of 2011 and currently serves as Vice President of Research and Development. David has played an integral role in the development of both the ReWalk Exoskeleton and the ReStore Exo-suit, beginning first in the role of Software and Algorithms Engineer, then that of Program Manager and finally of Director of Research and Development prior to joining the management team in 2021.

    Mr. Hexner received his Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, as well as his Masters of Business Administration from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. Prior to joining ReWalk, David previously worked at Zoran Electronics which used to be a leading player in the semiconductor market which developed and sold chip sets for consumer electronics.

    Charles Remsberg
    Chief Sales Officer

    Charles Remsberg joined ReWalk Robotics in 2023 in the newly created position of Chief Sales Officer, responsible for global sales of all ReWalk products. Prior to ReWalk, he served as CEO of AlterG. An industry veteran of over 30 years, Charles has been responsible for bringing innovative Rehabilitation Technology to Physical Therapy, Neuro-Rehabilitation, Sports Medicine, and Wellness customers. He has served in both executive, and commercial leadership roles for Tibion, Hocoma, and Biodex Medical Systems. He holds an AS in Business Administration from Suffolk County Community College.
