Why did ReWalk Robotics change its name to Lifeward?
As ReWalk Robotics continued to add innovative solutions to the portfolio, including the recent acquisition of the AlterG Anti-Gravity Systems, it became clear that the company had outgrown its old name. The transformation of ReWalk Robotics into Lifeward speaks to the broader goal of the company to be the driving force to elevate the standard of care in overcoming physical limitations and disabilities to empower individuals to pursue their life ambitions.

The ReWalk name continues to live on as the ReWalk Exoskeleton brand, just as AlterG has evolved into the brand for the Anti-Gravity Systems.

Our stock trades on NASDAQ with the ticker symbol “LWFD”.

Lifeward became a publicly traded company (as ReWalk Robotics) on September 12, 2014.

Can I obtain a stock certificate to represent my shares?
If you hold your shares through a broker, you should contact that broker to discuss how to transfer your share ownership from that broker into the company’s books and records that are maintained by its transfer agent.
