Mark Grant joined Lifeward as President and Chief Executive Officer in June of 2025, bringing more than 25 years of leadership experience in healthcare and medical technology. Prior to Lifeward, Mark held senior executive roles across general management, commercial leadership, and business development in multiple healthcare sectors—including orthopedic rehabilitation, surgery, cardiovascular, diabetes, and soft tissue robotics.
Mark spent nearly two decades at Medtronic, where he most recently served as Vice President of the Diabetes business. In that role, he led the $1.5B Americas region and a 2,000-person commercial organization. Immediately prior to Lifeward, he served as President of the Americas and Chief Commercial Officer at IMRA Surgical, where he drove global market expansion and introduced pioneering models for ethical soft tissue robotic surgical education.
Mr. Grant fortifies his professional experience with a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University.

Bob Marshall has served on our board since November 2024. Mr. Marshall serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Lantheus Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded radiopharmaceutical company, where he has worked since September 2018. Prior to joining Lantheus, Mr. Marshall spent 16 years with Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded global medical device company with a leading position in musculoskeletal health, in which he held various senior leadership roles, including Vice President, Investor Relations and Corporate Treasurer, and most recently Vice President, Americas Finance, for the U.S., Canadian and Latin American commercial markets. Before Zimmer Biomet, Mr. Marshall was employed with Brown & Williamson Tobacco, a subsidiary of British American Tobacco, p.l.c., in Louisville, Kentucky, where he held several positions of increasing responsibility. Mr. Marshall holds a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and an M.B.A. degree from Indiana University.

Mr. Kidron serves as Chief Executive Officer & Director of Oramed Pharmaceuticals, which he co-founded in 2006. Oramed is the first company to conduct Phase 3 trials under the FDA for oral insulin.
Mr. Kidron is an entrepreneur whose experience includes senior executive roles in a wide range of industries. He co-founded Oravax Medical as a joint-venture with Oramed and Premas Biotech and currently serves as the Chairman of the Board. Oravax is dedicated to bringing an oral Covid-19 vaccine to market. He also co-founded Entera Bio as a joint venture formed by Oramed and DNA Biomedical Solutions. He is a member of the IATI Board, and an international lecturer on Israel’s entrepreneurial culture and the country’s roots as an oasis of innovative ideas.
Mr. Kidron holds a bachelor’s degree in law and an international master’s in business administration, both from Bar-Ilan University in Israel. Mr. Kidron is a fellow of the Merage Business Executive Leadership Program and a member of the Israeli Bar Association.

Dr. Kidron serves as Chief Scientific Officer and Director of Oramed Pharmaceuticals, which she co-founded in 2006.
Dr. Kidron is a pharmacologist and biochemist, who earned her PhD in biochemistry from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
For close to 20 years, Dr. Kidron has been a senior researcher in the Diabetes Unit at Hadassah-Hebrew University Medical Center in Jerusalem, Israel, earning the Bern Schlanger Award for her work on diabetes research.
She was formerly a visiting professor at the Medical School at the University of Toronto and is a member of the American, European and Israeli Diabetes Associations.

Yehuda Reznick, 78, brings decades of experience in accounting, auditing, tax and corporate governance. From 1991 to 2014, he served as an audit partner at Kesselman & Kesselman CPA, a member firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers International Limited. Prior to joining Kesselman & Kesselman, Mr. Reznick was a tax and audit partner at Shahak, Peer Reznick CPA for sixteen years. Mr. Reznick currently serves on the board of directors of Oramed Pharmaceuticals Inc. and, since 2019, has also served on the board of directors of Hiron-Trade Investments & Industrial Buildings Ltd. (TASE: HRON). Mr. Reznick previously served on the board of directors of Bonus Biogroup Ltd. (OTC: BBIXF) from 2017 to 2023.

Moshe Rozenbaum, 44, has many years of experience as a strategic business leader with deep expertise in financial markets, capital raising, and corporate development. From May 2023 to August 2025, he served as the VP - Corporate Development of Nano Dimension Ltd. (Nasdaq: NNDM), where he spearheaded global corporate development strategy for a leading 3D printing and additive electronics company. Prior to that, from January 2019 to June 2022 he served as the Head of Business Development for Yedid Capital Management Inc., and from 2011 to 2019 he served as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Fluent Trade Technologies Ltd. and previously served as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young. Mr. Rozenbaum holds a B.A. in Accounting from Touro University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

William Mark Sigsbee, 59, brings over 30 years of experience as a Chief Executive Officer, consultant and director in the healthcare industry. Since April 2023, he has served as the Chief Executive Officer of Catalyst Business Development, LLC, which provides management consulting services to companies only in the healthcare, medical device and health IT industries. Prior to that, from February 2021 to April 2023 he served as a senior advisor as CWH Advisors, providing C-Level health care management engagement services. From June 2014 to December 2021 he served as the Chief Executive Officer and a director of Medicom Health Interactive, which sold health assessment/patient engagement tools to large health systems around the United States. He also previously served as the President and a director of ApeniMED, Inc., and as a director of Pinnacle Medical Solutions, LLC. Mr. Sigsbee holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Iowa State University.
